SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 
•    Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
•    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 
•    Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 
•    If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 
NB : Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
 

 

RETURN POLICY

•    Customers can return their order within 10 days of the order delivery if there is any defects with the product
•    All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags, without any scratches, stains, holes or tear with packaging intact.
•    If you have received a defective product, send us images on our email [email protected] and our team will check it & confirm & reverse pick up will be arranged by Ebargains, but courier charges will apply to the client.

 


REFUND POLICY

•    Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 10 working days (Excluding public holidays and weekends from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.
Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:
•    For Collection orders, refund will be credited to customer bank account through EFT within 10 working days
•    Payment Gateway refund process takes 7 to 9 working days excluding public holidays and weekends

 

CANCELLATION & RELATED QUERIES

•    If the order is cancelled before shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us.
•    For prepaid orders, please contact our customer care at " [email protected] " to cancel the order and put in an online refund request.
•    If the order is shipped already, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.
•    In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at [email protected].
•    Our customer care team will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible.
•    Once we initiate the online refund procedure we will update you through e-mail/SMS

 

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

•    We update our customers through emails once we initiate the online refund procedure.
•    If our last email states that we have initiated the online refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

Defective/ Damaged in transit

•    Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided into your bank account through EFT or as reward points as per your convenience

 


Wrong/ Missing products

•    We request you to send us the product photo, We will either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account through EFT.
